How to use charcoal grills with smokers make barbecue

Close the lid of the barbecue, taking care to leave the upper vent valve 2/3 open, after a few seconds the aromatic smoke resulting from the partial combustion of the wood should escape copiously . Smoke that thanks to the closed lid and to the movements of air that are triggered inside the barbecue, will invest the meat in cooking by flavoring it.

Should the wood be soaked before smoking or left dry?

Coals made from coconut, corn and olive kernels, which have enriched the market for several years, are environmentally friendly alternatives. They are made from waste products and therefore have a good ecological balance.
